What is included

Your full score and its margin of error, the detail of the three axes measured, your place out of 100 people, a downloadable certificate, your results history, and the other tests available in the catalogue while the subscription runs. Results are given for information only.

Cancelling takes one click

The “Cancel” link is at the bottom of every page and leads to a single confirmation screen, without signing in. The link in the email received after payment leads there too, as does your account. No questionnaire, no offer to hold you back, no number to call. You can also write to contact@cogniqlab.com: we process the request and confirm it by email. You can also cancel from link.com, where Stripe lets you manage this subscription: same effects as here, including within the 48 hours.

If you cancel within the 48 hours

If you cancel within the 48 hours, your access ends immediately.

We sell 48 hours of access, not 48 hours with a free way out. It is written here, on the payment screen above the button, in the email received after payment and on the cancellation screen: you decide knowing it. After the 48 hours, cancelling stops the renewal and your access continues until the end of the month already paid.

We will send you no reminder

No email will come to warn you that the 48 hours are ending, and we promise it nowhere. The information is given where you actually read it: on the payment screen, in the email received after payment, and at all times in your account — exact end time, upcoming amount, one-click cancellation.

Immediate access, no withdrawal

The content opens as soon as you pay, at your express request: the fourteen-day right of withdrawal therefore no longer applies once access has been supplied. Cancellation, possible at any time, is what lets you stop. Stripe, as merchant of record for the payment, also applies regional cooling-off periods where regulations require them, and may, in certain cases, refund a payment within 60 days: such requests go to Link support (support.link.com).

If a payment fails

We retry it a few days later. If it still fails, access stops and the subscription ends. Nothing is claimed from you beyond the months actually billed.

If the price changes

A price change is announced to you by email before it applies, only covers the months ahead, and you may cancel before it takes effect. Until then, the price shown when you subscribed remains yours.

Who collects your payment

Stripe, as merchant of record (“Sold through Link”). Stripe collects and remits VAT and sends you, from Link, receipts, invoices and a confirmation email when the trial starts — messages we cannot switch off, which come in addition to our summary email. On your bank statement: LINK.COM* COGNIQ.
